please please

We were eating dinner, red and white kidney beans in curry sauce. Sana loves beans. It was only  slightly spicy for her as she did not ask for water right away. By the time she finished half bowl of the beans, she was asking for water to ease the spicy tongue. Then she slowed down and started playing with the water. So I told her that it was not nice table manners and then took it away seeing her not stopping for a moment. Of course she wanted it back. Today she actually clearly said, "please, please" when asking the cup back. Both mommy and daddy were made speechless and giving the cup back seemed the right thing to do at the moment.
